Call Center Sales Agent

Work Site Location - Short term Remote transitioning to In-Office in 2026 - Las Vegas / Paradise area

We're hiring motivated Call Center Agents to connect with insurance shoppers and introduce competitive insurance options. This role is ideal for energetic communicators who enjoy sales, technology, and building rapport over the phone.

What You'll Do

• Make 200+ outbound warm calls per day to prospective customers
• Review insurance options and encourage customers to connect with licensed agents
• Clearly explain product benefits and handle basic questions
• Meet daily call and performance goals while delivering great customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• Sales, call center, telemarketing, or tech sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Positive attitude and resilience with objections
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High-speed internet (must pass speed test)

Compensation & Schedule

• $17/hour + uncapped commission
• Top performers earn $80-90K with commissions and bonuses
• Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM PST
• Consistent schedule after paid training
